You may receive the benefit of reduced out-of-pocket costs if your insurance includes orthodontic benefits. Each insurance policy has a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is exclusive from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary and our financial coordinator will be happy to review your insurance plan and benefits to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, Truman Orthodontics will file your claims.
To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our patient form. It is important to note that orthodontic insurance, which may be a benefit for you or your child at the time treatment begins, may change during the course of treatment due to your employment status, or change in health benefits. The responsible party is financially liable for all charges. Please keep our office aware of health benefit changes so that we can work with you to accommodate your needs.
