At Truman Orthodontics in Henderson, we provide high-quality orthodontic treatment to patients of all ages in the Henderson, Nevada community and surrounding areas. We understand that each patient’s orthodontic needs are different so we take pride in offering individual attention and care to each of our patients.

For every Pirate or immediate family member of a Pirate that is a new patient and starts treatment with us, we will donate $100 directly back to Pirates Lacrosse & offer the new patient $500 off comprehensive treatment or $250 off phase 1 treatment for being with the Pirates. Simply fill out your information below and a member of our team will call you to set up your appointment.

Patients cannot be existing patients; promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.  Promotion is valid for pirate players and their immediate family. All new TruPirates will need to fill out the form below to verify they are part of Pirates Lacrosse. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion.

INSURANCE

You may receive the benefit of reduced out-of-pocket costs if your insurance includes orthodontic benefits. Each insurance policy has a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is exclusive to regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary and our financial coordinator will be happy to review your insurance plan and benefits to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, Truman Orthodontics in Henderson will file your claims for you.

To help with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our patient form. It is important to note that orthodontic insurance, which may be a benefit for you or your child at the time treatment begins, may change during the course of treatment due to your employment status, or change in health benefits. The responsible party is financially liable for all charges. Please keep our office aware of health benefit changes so that we can work with you to accommodate your needs.
